if we hold on to our fondest memories maybe the times will never end

well its summer. on friday we had our CDS fun day. we did a scavenger hunt kind of thing. i can name the steps but not in order. we had to go around a portion of rock state park collecting the weapons needed to defeat the might rock troll named jay willy who had captured the king and queen of rock land. so here we go. (oh, my team was scott, aaron, kati, and oksana)
- we had to cross the river and retrieve the badge of courage while being tied together with a rope
- we had to rub charcoal on our faces
- we had to retrieve five orange rocks from the water which was more the waste deep so we had to go under water to get them. because of that our charcoal washed off so me and aaron had to rub mud on our faces
- we had to find something living in the stream or whatever it was and place it in a baggy and keep it alive
- we had to go across the river to the other side and climb a little to retrieve the magic flower while being tied together
- we had to go across the river again to get a snake
- we were the purple team so we has to find a purple wand. well there was a field with a lot of tubes with trees growing in them we had to search all the tubes to find our wand. it took us like an hour to find ours and we thought we had ours but we were wrong.
- we had to somehow get a hot dog from the branch of tree of which it was tied, which was way way over our heads, then we had to cook it over hot coals
- we had to put our hands in the bucket of muck to retrieve five eyeballs, which were floating, and a penny which was not. inside the bucket of muck were things like sour kraut, egg yokes and shells, mud and other unknown things
- after all that we had to climb to the king and queen seat which was very high up and life threatiningafter we completed everything we went swimming. oh my team won second place. the water was freezing and i was shivering like the whole time along with Aaron so that is why we are sitting on the rock out of the water because they made us sit out but it made no sense because we just had to get back in to go back bu oh well
